Learn about Debt Relief Orders
Debt Relief Orders are granted by an Official Receiver to help insolvent individuals become debt free after just 1 year.

You won't be able to get a Debt Relief Order if:

- You have an IVA (Individual Voluntary Arrangement) or are currently applying for one.
- You have had a Debt Relief Order in the past 6 years
